Stephanie Havens, Owner, has had a love of German cars since she learned to drive in her Father’s 1970 Porsche 914-6 along the French Riviera. She mostly drove cars with manual transmissions, until she became a mother, as she enjoyed the feeling of controlling the car’s dynamics and performance. Her goal and the goal of all at RENN HAUS, is to ensure women be treated the way she expects to be treated and the company has accordingly developed a strong following among bright women who appreciate this approach! After receiving her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, she worked in the Industrial-Organizational consulting field prior to co-founding RENN HAUS. Despite not having the strong background in car repair estimating as everyone else at RENN HAUS, she quickly picked up the knowledge required to provide estimates and helpful options to the customer. Not surprisingly in light of her background, she is fluent in French and always enjoys conversing with RENN HAUS' french-speaking customers! areas.
