Hauff Company is a second-generation company that has been passed on from father to son. In 1980, Jim Hauff started Hauff Construction Company. Through the years, he grew and developed the company into one of the top residential remodeling companies in Central Michigan. As Jim’s son, Jeremy grew up watching his father build this company from the ground up. His dedication to learning aided him in his development with the company. He started out working summers through high school and college as a laborer, he would eventually work up through the company to become a jobsite superintendent. Upon graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Building Construction Management, Jeremy took a job as a construction manager for one of the top home builder companies in the nation. He acquired the knowledge of how production homes were built and what processes could be used to aide in the remodeling industry. From these experiences, he found that emphasis was placed on scheduling and organization to ensure the proper delivery time of the products. With the newly acquired production building experience, paired with nearly 15 years of hands on remodeling experience, Jeremy set off to create a company that could satisfy the needs of today’s consumers. With knowledge of managing multi-million dollar projects and knowing the importance of jobs that cost just pennies, Hauff Company’s mission is to create a wonderful experience for the customer along the home of their dreams. This is done by placing tremendous importance to getting things done on time and within budget while always upholding the highest levels of quality.
