Massey, and our company’s senior leadership team are frequent contributors to national, state and local industry associations. Massey Services has introduced innovative techniques that reduce dependence on pesticides and help preserve our water resources. Our ongoing efforts have earned awards for environmental stewardship from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Council for Sustainable Florida. Harvey L. Massey is an industry leader with over 54 years of experience in the service business in public and privately owned companies. He began his career in February 1963 with Rollins Inc. (Orkin Pest Control) and was systematically promoted to management, senior management and executive management positions. Within 11 years, he became the youngest Vice President in Orkin’s history. After 16 years at Orkin, he joined Terminix International as Senior VP of Operations; then in 1985, Mr. Massey purchased Walker Chemical and Exterminating Company in Orlando, Florida. At the time, the company had reported annual revenues of $3.9 million and was comprised of four service centers in Florida. He renamed the company Massey Services, Inc. in January 1987....
