HARSHAW, LLC is a seasoned player in the auto technology industry, with its story beginning back in the 1940s under Crown Equipment Company. Fast forward to 1965, it became part of Harshaw Chemical Company's diverse operations. Over the years, the company has grown robustly, merging with distinguished firms like GS Equipment, Gulf Oil, Kaiser Aluminum, and others through the latter half of the 20th century. In the year 2000, a pivotal moment arrived when in-house management collaborated with an investment group to take ownership in what was then known as Auto Technology Company. Just two years later, they expanded their capabilities by bringing Unified Equipment Systems (UES), an offshoot of Udylite Equipment business, into their fold.
