Locally owned and operated, Harry Falck Realty, Inc. has been incorporated since December, 1989. C. E. “Butch” Roberts has worked in the mobile home industry since September, 1956. Originally working for McDonald's in the manufacturing and sale of mobile homes and then as a real estate agent for Harry Falck Realty since January, 1976. His knowledge and experience is second to none in the mobile home arena. Dottie Roberts worked for Miles Trailer Sales in the mid-1960s and then also worked at McDonald's in the mobile home industry. She was a licensed insurance agent from 1977 to 1998 during which time she wrote insurance for mobile homes, single family homes and automobiles. She started working for Harry Falck Realty, Inc. in 1989. After retiring from the insurance business, she has focused on mobile homes sales in Trailer Estates. Butch and Dottie owned Harry Falck Realty, Inc. from 1989 through 2015. Michelle Watson, their daughter, has worked for Harry Falck Realty, Inc. since June, 1994 and been licensed and working in sales and rentals since October, 1994. Michelle is the head of the rental department handling 50+ rentals, including seasonal and annual rentals, in Trailer Estates. Kimberly Marler has worked for Harry Falck Realty, Inc. in sales since November 2013. She has been a licensed real estate professional since 2002 and prior to being employed by Harry Falck Realty, Inc., managed a law office for 23 years working as the office manager and legal assistant in multiple areas of law, including real estate transactions. Michelle and Kim purchased the business in 2016 and are licensed Real Estate Brokers; Butch and Dottie are licensed Real Estate Broker Associates, and together with a combined real estate experience of over 120 years, Harry Falck Realty, Inc. has the staff and knowledge to help Sellers, Buyers, Owners and Renters in Trailer Estates with all of their real estate needs.
