At Harris Pharmaceutical, dermatology is our foundation. This is a specialized niche that we know well. We are committed to developing, manufacturing and promoting FDA-approved prescription products with this singular focus. This includes both products with indications that treat dermatological conditions and products of any therapeutic indication having dermatological delivery systems. We are a diversified team of healthcare veterans, able to provide our customers and partners firsthand experience in all aspects of the disease state - as clinicians, prescribers, drug developers and business professionals. Our dermatology prescription products fulfill the needs of patients, physicians and pharmacists - and offer opportunities for substantial savings. Our two-pronged approach to developing products includes generic pharmaceuticals that either treat dermatology diseases or utilize dermatological drug delivery systems. Our expansive knowledge in this field allows us to file, develop, manufacture and distribute products that are of clinical significance to physicians and patients. Janice has a comprehensive background in healthcare administration, drug development and business operations. She has served as director for dermatology NDA and ANDA clinical trials. In addition to management of Harris' financial operations, Janice directs and oversees Harris' product portfolio, including new product development and pipeline activities. Janice holds a BS in Finance and a BS in Accounting from Florida State University and the Florida Certified Public Accountant License. Susan joined Harris Pharmaceutical in May 2017 as Vice President and is responsible for corporate strategy, business development, and overseeing commercial business operations. Previously, Susan held finance leadership roles and acted as a business partner to various functional teams supporting research and development, sales and marketing, global planning and analysis, treasury and investor relations. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. Director, Commercial Planning and Business Development Rob joined Harris Pharmaceutical in October 2017 as a Director and is responsible for commercial and operational planning, business development, and financial analysis. Previously, Rob led an Analytics Team and various Finance lead roles supporting Branded and Generic products, Sales and Marketing Teams, and portfolio optimization analysis. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Selma brings over 25 years experience in Product Development and Quality, and has held directorship and lead management positions in multiple generic and contract manufacturing pharmaceutical and biotech companies. She is responsible for Harris' Quality Affairs and CMC. We are a diversified team of healthcare veterans; able to provide our customers and strategic partners with firsthand experience in all aspects of the disease state - as clinicians, prescribers, drug developers and business partners. Products Harris Pharmaceutical develops, manufactures and commercializes ANDAs and NDAs. In order to offer our customers a broad dermatological product portfolio, we also acquire and license additional products that fulfill our niche. Business Development Harris offers a broad spectrum of partnership opportunities for both branded and generic drugs. We excel at product development and submission, sponsorship and oversight of clinical studies, and sales and distribution to all channels of trade. 8.
