Rex Eagan has a wealth of experience in providing engineering and IT services and products to the federal government clients. In 2002, he co-founded The Siena Group LLC (“TSG”). For TSG, he has "steered the ship" towards continued growth, profitability, and satisfaction of clients' needs.  , a government contracting company, in 1984. Under his guidance as Chairman of the Board of Directors, the company grew from two employees to over 1,000, and revenues grew from $12,000 to over $100 million annually. Rex retired from EMA in 2000. Rex is a veteran of the Vietnam War. He served on active duty as a commissioned officer in the US Navy from 1964 to 1969. Jeff is a co-founder of The Siena Group LLC and leads all of the day-to-day operations of the company. He assumed the office of President in early 2012. Previously (from 2002-2006), he was a Vice-President and General Counsel. From late 2007 until 2011, Jeff worked as a Foreign Legal Associate for Anderson Mori & Tomotsune ("AMT"), one of the most prestigious law firms in Japan. At AMT, he provided general international corporate legal services with respect to a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions and matters (e.g., M&A, Finance, General Corporate, Tax, Employment and Intellectual Property). Jeff received his Bachelor of Science and Management (Accounting; 1997) from Tulane University; his Juris Doctor (Concentrations in International and Business Law; 2000) from The George Mason School of Law; and his LL.M. (Transnational Law; 2007) from The Beasley School of Law, Temple University (Tokyo Campus).
