With over 30 years of experience in the substance abuse field from Chicago to South Florida, Ms. Olavarria brings a vast knowledge of the substance abuse field to Harmony Detox. She previously was responsible for launching one of the first, gender specific, all female substance abuse treatment programs in the U.S., where she remained as the COO for 12 years. In that role, she has acquired the knowledge of the necessary day-to-day functions of a facility. Her HR knowledge, coupled with AR/AP, and policies and procedures as well as the licensing requirements gives her the necessary tools to assist in launching Harmony Detox. Mr. Haggerty brings almost two decades of multifaceted experience as an IT consultant and systems analyst to Harmony Detox. He is both business savvy and technically adept, allowing him to integrate technological solutions with real-world business processes. Currently, Mr. Haggerty serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Databerry, a company he founded to provide IT-informed marketing services to businesses of all types. He excels at developing consultative relationships with clients, including the federal government, to assess needs and develop IT solutions.
