As i spend my days working hard to do the best job I can as a contractor, I can’t help but cringe at how poorly other contractors and handymen do business. I am not slamming anyone in particular but anyone who has hired any type of worker, contractor, service professional or service provider, knows all too well that the quality of work today is affected by a poor work ethic and lack of trust. What do i mean by work ethic? Very simple- Its an individual doing what they say they are going to do. It means showing up when you say you are going to show up. It means having the courtesy to call and communicate when something doesn’t go as planned and make sure you do what is right as well as the right thing to do. Customers appreciate that now more than ever! That is my commitment to my customer; To build trust and provide them with my highest work ethic. In the end, all of my customers are happy and continue to provide me with referrals. I am blessed to do what i do and enjoy doing what i do.
