Harbour Real Estate focuses on investing in commercial real estate in most Florida markets. We join real estate investment sponsors who are in need of capital from sophisticated investors. Often, we help sponsors raise capital for their projects but only when we invest in the specific project. We also acquire commercial and multi-family properties with our own capital along with capital from our investors. We invest in “core” as well as “value add” properties.
