Mission Statement Harbor Septic LLC’s mission is to provide a high level of service, quality product, and value to the Brevard County community. Furthermore, we strive to protect our local bodies of water and provide for our most important resource, our employees. We are committed to providing these services with the highest standards of quality, ethics, and workmanship. Harbor Septic LLC is owned and managed by Keith Wessner. The company’s goals, ethics, and success are driven by Keith’s desire to build and maintain a strong business that provides a service to the community as well as income for our employees and families. Keith holds a B.S. in Biology from Penn State University. Most recently, he has worked in government regulation for the State of Florida Department of Health in Brevard County as an inspector and Certified Environmental Health Professional. This experience affords Harbor Septic a unique advantage over the competition as the insight Keith has gained from his experience offers solutions to complex problems. A strong scientific, business, and practical background are assets that benefit Harbor Septic. Most of Keith’s family resides in Brevard County. Their blue collar background instilled a strong work ethic in him at a young age. In his spare time, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife Rosie and two young daughters, fishing, golfing, and helping his father work on any project they can find. As the Owner, Keith wears many hats. He will meet each client, custom design each system, prepare proposals, handle all permitting, and supervise the installation by our highly qualified crews.
