Prior to this, he was a Division Manager for one of Tampa Bays' premier general contractors, overseeing multiple new construction and renovation projects. Ray has successfully managed the completion of over 200 commercial real estate and construction projects during the last 20 years in Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, and Tennessee. These projects comprise approximately 2 million square feet and $300 million in project value. Ray served in the United States Army, including service in Saudi Arabia and Iraq during Operation Desert Storm. He majored in Business at the University of Georgia, holds a Certified General Contractors License in the State of Florida and is a LEED Accredited Professional. is co-founder of Harbor Constructors, Inc.
