Harbco Harbco Central Office Building Harbco Central Office Building is a competitively located three-floor office building just southwest of Downtown Orlando. There are currently spaces available for lease that range from 149 sq ft to 4770 sq ft. Larger office spaces can be modified and leased as desired. The building is adjacent to I-4, offering a clear view of eastbound/westbound traffic, and is easily accessible to both, an on and off-ramp. Office spaces are hard-wired with Ethernet ports, ready for an internet service provider's activation. A gazebo is located in the retention pond outside and is the only designated area on property for smoking. There are stairwells in both, the west and east wings of thee building, as well as in the lobby. The building is also equipped with an elevator. Male and female restrooms are located on each of the three floors, as well as a water fountain. There is abundant parking and it is illuminated at night. Security cameras monitor the property at all times and the front door automatically locks in the evening.
