I’m Hanna Sheff and I love sharing yoga with people from all walks of life. I am passionate about helping people live a healthy and happy lifestyle. Anyone is capable of doing yoga depending on the level they feel comfortable with.
I love encouraging my students to push past any limitation or fears on and off the mat. I have a contemporary upbeat play list and love making people laugh in my classes….Yoga does not need to be so serious!
