Hall Manufacturing Corporation was founded in 1946 by William W. Hall, a grand nephew of John Royle of Paterson, New Jersey, the inventor and patent holder of the original extruder. Originally starting business in Bergen County, New Jersey, we outgrew our original production facilities twice before moving to our present facility in Ringwood, New Jersey, in 1977. Hall Manufacturing is proud to provide plastic components that people benefit from every day. We support the Point-of-Purchase (POP) industry, with moldings and display parts that bring consumer products to life. We provide custom tubing for water filtration systems and pumps. Our traffic delineators are visible on guiderails and dividers throughout the New York Metropolitan area and beyond. Over our many years in business we have developed a great reputation for providing exceptional quality profile extrusions. Control over the tooling design process has insured our ability to produce superior plastic extrusions in a timely manner. As a custom plastic profile extruder we are capable of manufacturing both simple and complex shapes in a variety of materials such as High Impact Styrene, Rigid and Flex Vinyl, ABS, Impact Acrylic, Polypropylene, High and Low Density Polyethylene, Polycarbonate and many other materials. We specialize in co-extrusions and tri-extrusions, and we are setup for short and long production runs. We also feature a number of secondary tasks to meet all of your production needs including mitering, notching, hole punching, chamfering and much more.
