Haldeman Homme, Inc has a large bonding capacity. To date, we have been bonded on individual projects of $20 million, and have a bonding capacity in excess of $100 million. In addition, our bonding rates are the lowest available in the industry since we have maintained an excellent performance record with our surety. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES The products which Haldeman-Homme, Inc provides span several Construction Specification Institute (CSI) Divisions. Much of the strength of our company’s performance is in our preconstruction capabilities. We differ from most subcontractors in having the ability to provide the most comprehensive estimating and value analysis information throughout the design process, beginning with schematic design through completion of the final construction documents. As part of its commitment to being the single source for quality services, Haldeman-Homme, Inc employs a design staff that offers a full line of services and is available to work with architects, engineers and owners to produce design documents. Our AutoCad and Revit software interacts with specialized MRP design software allowing us to respond quickly and accurately to all requests for design services and product delivery. Haldeman-Homme also uses Revit software to provide Building Information Management (BIM) design tools for your project. On any project our design staff conducts planning sessions with the owner to determine specific lay-out, process flow and storage requirements and to recommend products best suited for your technical and budget requirements. Once those project details have been agreed upon, the Haldeman-Homme, Inc design staff develops plans, elevations, 3D fly through elements and details and an estimate to submit for owner review. We believe that we provide product and process solutions that will enhance the profitability and efficiency of our customers. Our conceptual estimating efforts are based on the use of accurate active and historic cost data on all of our products. Because we are the largest and have the most experience in the industry, we can provide you the most accurate budgets for the wide variety of products and system designs available. Our ability to estimate correctly the first time, leads to the development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) early in the design process. A dependable interior finish GMP, increases accuracy in all subsequent project cost estimating. Our schedules are developed using a full range of computer tools. We also have specialists to assist the procurement and project management staff in developing and maintaining computer generated schedules.
