Hair in the Spirit was founded by Faye Bailey in 2000. Faye's mission is to be a "blessing" to all she encounters  by producing shows and charitable events while  donating proceeds toward scholarships for underpriveleged youth pursuing higher learning at any university, community college or trade schools. After being successful in her mission, her vision for Hair in the Spirit has enlarged. Faye is visiting schools to empower 5th graders on self esteem challenges and teaching them how to doll themselves up to give back to the community. We have created an Apprentice Training Program which develops future entrepreneurs to become successful. We are looking for philanthropists who believe in helping all mankind become better citizens in every area of life. If this is you, we can provide opportunities for you to participate in our charitable events. Throughout the site you will see past, present and future plans for Hair in the Spirit.
