HSW Associates, Inc has been family owned and operated in the Tampa Bay area since 1986. Started by Scott Wetmore with one cell phone tower, HSW has grown into a successful property investment and management group with over 100 properties (and growing!). Our goal is to focus on properties that may have been neglected by the previous owner, purchase them and bring them to current neighborhood standards, or exceed those standards. We continue to work with the real estate market, whether they are residential or commercial properties, on a long term basis.
