I want to ensure I meet the needs of my clients insurance and financial goals. I’m a seasoned veteran in the financial services industry. I enjoy playing and watching baseball. I get the most pleasure by spending time with my wife Lucinda and our two kids Victor and Liliona. I enjoy working in all aspects of Gulf Coast Educators insurance from marketing and meeting our clients insurance needs. I enjoy being able to work along side my husband Ron and spending time with our two children. Paul joined Gulf Coast Educators Insurance, A Horace Mann Company in January 2014 after receiving his Insurance license from the State of Florida. He was born in Fort Myers, and attended Orangewood Elementary, Fort Myers Middle and graduated from Fort Myers High School. He is the father of three boys and has been married for 20 years. He is very active in the community. He coaches his children’s basketball, flag football and soccer teams. He also enjoys volunteering at his children’s schools . After owning several small businesses in the area, he decided it was time for a change and started his insurance career. I am a licensed agent. I specialize in auto and homeowners insurance, but can assist with most lines of insurance including renters. and commercial insurance. I am from Haiti, but grew up in upstate New York, fluent in both English and Haitian-Creole. My knowledge and understanding of the people in this community help me provide customers with an outstanding level of service. I have two happy little boys who were born and raised on the beaches of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico…without television, video games or commercials during their formative years. It was a life worthy of being envious. But I left it all behind and came back to the states for one reason only….the opportunity for the best education for my children. I firmly believe that building healthy relationships and planting the seed of learning through the education of our young children, will allow them to become productive, responsible and well-adjusted young adults. I am ever so grateful for the educators that help shape and guide our precious cargo. And that is why I am so passionate about what I do here with Horace Mann….helping and serving our community of educators. My name is Yanira born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and raised in Boston, Mass. I have been in the insurance industry for about 8 years whereas previously I was an underwriter and now I’m an account manager. I love to experience new things and enjoy helping our clients with any questions they have in regards to their policy. I enjoy spending time with my husband Max and watching action or comedy movies. My name is Melissa and I was born and raised in Rock Island, Illinois. I recently just moved to Florida. I have been in the insurance industry for five years now. I started off in the insurance industry right out of high school at the age of 17. Like many people I had no idea what insurance was or why it was so expensive. My goal is to educate as many people as I possibly can and in the process save them money. When I am not at the office I am at Florida Gulf Coast University studying Premed or at the beach. I am fortunate to work for such a great company! I am so pleased to have joined Horace Mann Insurance. I was formerly employed with JJ Taylor Distributing as a District Manager of Sales. I am excited to help Build great relationships as well as Partnerships with all of our Schools. I am supported in this Great adventure by my Husband (Tad) and Son (Cayden). I was born and raised in Port Charlotte, Florida. I’ve been with Gulf Coast Educators Insurance, A Horace Mann Company since October of 2014. I started out as a Customer Service Representative and now I’m an Executive Assistant for Ron & Lucinda Defreitas. I will continue to reach my goals, grow with the agency, and as an individual. There isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t learn something new. I am so grateful to work with a great group of people. I absolutely love my job & helping others.
