I’ve used John and the GTC team for 3 years now with my high school band. These guys are really the best. You were flexible with us with payments when needed, you were almost always available for a phone conversation to discuss trip details, you let me know of problems that might arise with the trip, you had multiple soluitions to problems that did arise, and you were personally available throughout the trip even late at night when the bus was having it’s problem. Today is the last day of our 5-day excursion to The Big Apple! We have a stop at Independence Hall on the way through Philly. I’ve been on quite a number of trips like this over my 27 years as a band director and having the President of Group Travel Consultants, John DeCrotie, accompany my group every step of the way was hands down the best service ever from a group travel agency! It made it possible for me to feel like a participant, enjoying the sights and sounds of NYC, and not always the person in charge every step of the way!
