Our Mission ​Ground Operations Development Inc. is a Non-Profit 501c3 Association as recognized by the State of Florida and the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. Incorporated as a Limited Liability Corporation in 2014, Ground Operations Development Inc. transitioned to a “Non-Profit” Corporation in March 2015 dedicated to the standardization and assessment of tactical team training and crisis management across the United States, using the Homeland Security and Incident Command System guidelines In July 2015, Ground Operations Development Inc. opened our Church Security Team Division under the Direction of Tony Rodriguez, to assist churches with policy and security needs using our staffs extensive background in Site Security, Crisis Management Response, and our love for the Lord Jesus Christ. With today’s threats ever-increasing, church security is of the utmost importance. Our Guardian program helps you establish and maintain your security policies. We develop security response playbooks, run risk and security assessments, develop 21 mission-critical policies, and offer security training courses. Ground Operations Development’s Tactical Division offers SWAT team and law enforcement training using the latest technologies and tactics. We have trained many outstanding teams in the nation and command that same excellence during every training course. You can come to our live-fire training facility or host a training course at your facility. The Guardian program at Ground Operations Development is everything a Pastor and his staff need to know and accomplish regarding a church security ministry. The Guardian program institutes 20+ policies every church should have to protect their congregations and staff against violent crime, emergencies, and threats. The Guardian program has provided us with information we were not even aware of... to help us do all that we can to protect our congregation.
