Cathy served as president of the Rhode Island chapter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's charitable organization for several years and has helped raise over $1 million towards research. Her altruistic contributions also extend to organizations like Special Olympics, The Humane Society, Home and Hospice Care of Rhode Island, Toys for Tots, Feeding America, Water for Cambodia, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, Best Foot Forward Foundation, Hasbro Children's Hospital and other local, southern New England charities.
