From 1986 to 1998, he was with Nohl Crest Homes before launching his own custom homebuilding company, Quinn Homes, in Palm Harbor. Always an innovator, he designed his first underground energy-saving home in college at Truman State University, and began exploring the possibilities of solar and wind power. His forward-thinking and more than 25 years of construction expertise led to the founding of Greenheart Solar in Palm Harbor, Florida.
