Our Mission - Fighting Phosphorus Pollution Green Water Solution, Inc. was incorporated in January 2017 in the State of Florida, USA, to commercialize our innovative and proven technology to fight phosphorus pollution, the fundamental cause underlying harmful and disruptive algae blooms in natural freshwater and coastal ecosystems, and to provide protection from algae and microbial growth in man-made and industrial use waters that can cause process disruptions and inefficiencies as well as human health risks. solution has been proven in the European industrial water treatment market for several years by our Dutch partner company Koos Baas is a seasoned entrepreneur and chemical engineer trained at the University of Amsterdam. Since a management buyout in 1988, he is the owner and President of Aquacare Europe BV, responsible for the full operational and financial management, business development, R&D, and international relations of this €4 million revenue company. His expertise lies in the fields of potable and process water, corrosion, membrane technology, biofouling, scientific scouting, financial and budget management, project management, and international business development. Frank Jochem is an international, innovative business leader with repeated startup experience in different industries and with an internationally renowned, 25-years research career in algae bloom dynamics and aquatic ecology. He holds a M.Sc. in Biology and a Ph.D. in Oceanography from Christian-Albrechts-University Kiel, Germany, and an MBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University. Dr. Jochem built startup operations for a successful publishing company, a new university department, a nutraceutical algae company, and served as senior manager and R&D leader in a $200+ million industrial biotech/renewable fuels startup.
