He has practiced corporate and business law for many years and is admitted to practice in New York and Florida. He is the author of three US and foreign technology patents and was founder of a software development company since sold to a publicly traded company. In addition, Robert was Associate General Counsel and Director of Technology & Transactional Law at the New York Presbyterian Hospital, the Hospital of Cornell and Columbia Universities. He also served as Chairman of the State Bonding Agency, New Rochelle Industrial Development Agency for over 12 years.
