We partner with local artisans and work with sustainable farmers to procure organic foods and pastured, grass-fed, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free meats and dairy. Our methods help build a sustainable community food system and mark a return to the tradition of quality nutrient dense food. We extend our commitment thru environmentally conscious practices like our 100% compostable packaging, recycling and plastic bottle waste initiative.
