He started teaching classes for the community at his home on topics including water catchment systems, solar energy, organic gardening, permaculture design and other green technologies. As more new students began to get involved, the Green Education Center expanded to meet the demand. Through the years many teachers have shared many stages dedicated to spreading the knowledge our modern world so desperately needs to re-learn in order to thrive. Today the Green Education Center hosts classes in locations around the world. As we venture further into a waste culture it is critical that we all learn and share these tools of global healing with our communities to help return us to a way of life more in balance with the ecosystem. Action: Plant more fruit trees Why? Many benefits come with planting trees in general. Trees are an important part of nature, mainly because they provide a much needed element to humans, oxygen. The removal of trees has been a big problem recently in the world.
