Welcome to the official website of the Green Briar Village Club Inc. Community Association. It is our goal to provide you with the level of service you deserve as a resident of Green Briar. We will update information in a timely manner in hopes of organizing forms, ARC guidelines, calendars and more to keep you better informed. This is to inform our homeowners and tenants that Green Briar Village Club is equipped with surveillance cameras and security system 24 hours, 7 days a week. The facilities may be used from 7:30am to 10:00pm, at 10:30pm the building is set on alarm system automatically.The clubhouse has recently encountered incidents where homeowners or tenants have come into the building or left the building during shut down hours. This results in the monitoring company contacting the people that are on-line to be called for the security system and the police. Every time the police come out to Green Briar a fee charged to the club. The charges will be passed to whomever (without exception) came in or left the premises at the shut down hours. Again facilities are to be used between 7:30am to 10:00pm. Make sure when you come early that it is after 7:30am and when you are in the building you leave by 10:00pm.
