About Grandhaus Corp. Grandhaus Corp. was founded in 1976 by Oscar Corral, a civil engineering graduate of the University of Florida. In the early 1990s, Corral partnered with Pedro Ortiz, a Venezuelan architect. Grandhaus specializes in custom built homes and remodeling of interiors for single family homes and condos. Grandhaus has focused on projects in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell Avenue, Miami Beach, Pinecrest, South Miami and other areas in the Southern part of Miami-Dade County. Focusing on those specific areas has made us familiar with their building and zoning codes, style guidelines and overall quirks. At Grandhaus we believe that if you can dream it, we can build it. In 2008, Oscar Corral, Jr., joined the Grandhaus team as a project manager and brought expertise in green building to our company. Oscar is a LEED Accredited Professional, certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as an expert in green building. He is also certified by the Florida Green Building Coalition, and is a LEED for Homes Green Rater. Grandhaus is committed to sustainable building practices.
