Mr. Graham remains as Chairman of the Board and is active in the company’s everyday operations, serving on the loan committee and as an active investor in Graham-generated loans. Mr. Castelhano is currently serving as head loan officer and underwriter. The company has 5 staff members in addition to Mr. Graham and Mr. Castelhano.
