Prior to co-founding Grafton Street Capital, Sean Posner was the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions at Swerdlow Group, a private real estate company based in Miami and involved in a broad range of development, management, leasing and ownership activities. Mr. Posner was responsible for deal originations and the structuring of all investments. He was part of a team that successfully closed more than $650 million dollars worth of acquisitions, construction and infrastructure loans on various Swerdlow properties. He was actively involved in all financial aspects of Swerdlow’s industrial, retail, and residential portfolio during his tenure with the company. Mr. Posner received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1998. Before co-founding Grafton Street, Jed Resnick spent nine years as a senior executive at LeFrak Organization, a major New York City-based real estate development and management firm. In his role as Senior Vice President for Real Estate Acquisitions and Finance, he was responsible for valuing and acquiring new properties, financing development activities, negotiating equity joint ventures and managing all mortgages on the company’s extensive portfolio of apartment buildings, office towers, hotels and retail facilities. He was also responsible for actively managing interest-rate risk and for providing analytical support for strategic decision-making regarding major leasing, operations and management initiatives within the portfolio. While at LeFrak he closed major transactions in New York, New Jersey, Florida, California, Oregon and Washington State. Mr. Resnick received a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University in 2000 and an MBA from Columbia University in 2005.
