Our Mission Statement Grady Professional Services is an independent insurance agency specializing in offering medical professional liability insurance to physicians across the country. Our goal is to always provide the best rates and service for our physicians through our strategic alliances. Mike Grady founded Grady Professional Services, Inc. in 2003. He has worked exclusively in the professional liability insurance arena for the last 20+ years. Originally from the Midwest, Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University while serving as captain of the Men’s Swimming Team. Mike believes hard work & responsiveness is the cornerstone of the agency which has grown to over 3,000 insureds in sixteen states since inception. Sid Callahan has worked at Grady Professional Services, Inc. as an agent since 2006 specializing in medical professional liability insurance and complementary property and casualty coverage’s. He has more than 25 years of experience in insuring physicians, health care providers, and health care facilities. Sid earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida. He is known for providing outstanding customer service and customized coverage solutions. Lisa Lane joined Grady Professional Services, Inc. in 2007. She has over 17 years’ experience in the medical malpractice insurance industry. Lisa has assumed various positions with both insurance companies and insurance agencies. Lisa’s responsibilities include the day to day operations of Grady Professional Services as well as troubleshooting our clients/physician’s needs. Her great work ethic & dynamic personality is always available to assist clients with any questions or issues that arise. Laura McCaffrey joined Grady Professional Services, Inc. in 2011 after relocating from New York. She is an account executive with more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Laura’s intellect, creativity and efficiency are valuable assets when serving her clients’ needs. Laura is a licensed general lines insurance agent. Jade Hodgkins is the newest member of our team as she joined Grady Professional Services, Inc. in September 2016. She is a local Floridian and spent the first 9 years of her career in customer service with several of these years focused in the medical field. Jade provides valuable administrative assistance to our growing clientele as well as works on specialized projects. She has a tireless work ethic & great listening skills that assists our clients ever changing insurance coverage needs.
