Our Mission ver the last eight years, Grace Medical Home has become an important and dynamic part of our community. Grace has experienced rapid growth since inception, enrolling and treating 3,500 patients with more than 11,000 patient encounters each year. Increasing demand for patient services has challenged our service capacity, physical space, facilities and basic needs like parking. In our current rented location, we are spread across and cobbled together over two buildings. “Those who are poor, yet created in Gods image, are not receiving the same quality of health care as others of greater means.  In fact, this gap is growing and many more are being left behind.  In order to adequately meet the needs of the underserved, Grace must continue to be a high-quality, comprehensive medical home that is fully reliant on Christ and reflects his character.  My position before God is  no different than the patient I am serving.  We are all in need of His grace and mercy.  I hope this attitude permeates Grace.” Inspired by the love and grace of Jesus Christ, Grace Medical Home serves as a missing link in Central Florida’s healthcare system by providing an exceptional medical practice offering ongoing primary care needs of prevention, wellness and sick care to the low income, underserved of Central Florida.
