It’s the best Gothic group vacation evah on the “Darkest Boat Afloat.” Exciting and interesting destinations, including scenic Alaska, the historic Mediterranean, and the beautiful Virgin Islands have been the Original GothCruise’s legacy and one of the reasons GothCruisers sail with us year after year. Want another reason? Our group is friendly and all are welcome to come along, it doesn’t matter if you are a GothCruise virgin or veteran. You don’t even need to be a Goth. You just have to want to have fun. Bob sets the course of all that is GothCruise. He works hard to make sure that this is your best vacation ever. Bob (aka TheOneBob) has been an integral part of GC since our very first voyage, has been at the helm since GothCruise 6 and one of the folks featured in Goth Cruise the Movie. He’s been on several Convergence committees, heading up what some call the very best Convergence ever; Convergence 14-Ybor City. Bob is also known as the host of the long-time dark music radio show called The Shape of Things to Come. Andrew is the often voice of reason and sometimes the voice of snarky comebacks. He keeps our website up to date with the latest GothCruise information. In his spare time, Andrew stretches himself thin with too many projects and is fond of yelling “THE CANDLE HAS TWO ENDS FOR A REASON!” Andrew has been an important cog in the wheel of the GothCruise Brain Trust since GC6 and he is perfectly matched to… She coordinates the entertainment and the group events. She makes sure that the DJs are lined up and ready to make you dance. On top of that she puts together the Pre-Cruise gathering. When she’s not doing that, Lori sings and plays synths with Missile Command, and is a student. Lori has been with the GothCruise Brain Trust since GC6. He is a veteran of Convergence, CorpGoth and has been on more GothCruises than most. If you have a question about a port, an excursion, a ship or an itinerary, he’ll be the guy who’s researched the answer. While he may not be a know-it-all, Peter is certainly a know-how-to-find-it-all. Though Xtine is the newest member of our merry band of black- clad avengers, she has been a part of the Goth scene in Boston for a long time! You’ll find her hosting “HEROES”, a Manray event, or assisting at Xmortis or Bean Town’s The Gothic Formal! Xtine will be helping bring the news of GothCruise to the masses yearning to sail the high seas with the Original GothCruise. Chappy has been working with us since GothCruise 7 and he’s a true professional. He “gets” us and what our group is all about. Chappy and CruisesOnly have stood behind our group on all occasions and helped us out of some tight situations, always with a positive, supportive, and professional attitude.
