Currently, Felice is Global Director at StartUp Health, a venture fund/accelerator organizing, supporting and investing in a global army of entrepreneurs known as Health Transformers focused on accomplishing 10 Health Moonshots. Most recently, Felice was CEO of L1BRE, a tech company that aims to transform urban mobility in Latin America - starting in Mexico City by powering the largest taxi fleet in the world, with more than 138,000 cabs in circulation. Previously, Felice was CEO of Clearpath, (acquired by L1BRE), a venture-backed tech company focused on empowering immigrants and revolutionizing the confusing, costly and paper-based immigration filing process - just as TurboTax transformed tax filing. Prior to that, Felice was appointed by President Obama as one of fifteen 2011-2012 White House Fellows, America’s most prestigious and competitive nonpartisan leadership program. Felice also co-founded and leads Roots of Hope, a national non-profit focused on youth empowerment in Cuba. In 2009, Felice was an advisor to Grammy winner Juanes and helped organize the historic Peace without Borders concert in Cuba, with 1.2 million in attendance.
