How Good Little SleeperZzz Can Help What I realized when trying to help my son with his sleep was that, while research is useful, every child is different. Understanding your individual child’s specific challenges and needs is an integral part of helping them sleep well. A generalized book won’t solve the problem for most children who can’t sleep, just like a single book can’t show you how to parent any child. I also understood the importance of emotional support during the challenging process of sleep adjustment, and it’s why I provide one-on-one guidance for each and every one of my clients. Along with that, I make sure that everyone I work with understands just how important a good sleeping rhythm is for the health and well-being of your child. I also develop a step-by-step plan, including appropriate expectations and measures of success, to help you stay focused and on track. As a child grows and matures, their needs and dispositions change rapidly. Because of this, I have unique services for children in different developmental areas. It’s much different creating a sleep plan for a newborn than it is for a toddler, which is different than planning for a baby. Making sure that our plan reflects the specific needs of your child’s developmental stage is a very big priority for me. I also offer unique plans for families with children of different ages, twins, and multiples. : What’s more difficult than a child that won’t sleep? Multiple children that won’t sleep! That’s why we develop specific plans for parents struggling to help twins and multiples develop consistent sleep schedules.
