Temp has been a Sarasota resident for over 10 years. When not traveling with his family in the motor home, Temp is busy helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. His wife Deb is an avid tennis player and their daughter Blaire just finisher her first year of college. Temp is an active member of the Shriner's motor core and is a licensed USCG captain. John brings a wealth of sales experience to Good Life Realty as a former owner of a successful automobile business in Bradenton, Florida over the past 30 years. John is most proud of his service as a volunteer with The Manatee County Sheriffs Reserve Agricultural Unit, The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #70, The Masonic Lodge #110, Shrine, past President of the state Rolls Royce Owners Club, past President and Treasurer of the Manatee 100 Club, currently the chairman of the Salvation Army of Manatee County and current Treasurer of the Child Development Center of Sarasota. John has the experience and knowledge to help make buying or selling a home a stress-free experience. Raffie Hamilton joined Good Life Realty in January 2007. She moved to Sarasota, Florida in November 1998 after graduating from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and majoring in Marketing. She later went on to obtain her MBA from Argosy University here in Sarasota in 2002. As a young child she was always around real estate, her parents have had a successful rental business for many years. She would go with her parents on numerous occasions to show an apartment or a house. She finished last year, 2010, with 3 million dollars in sales. She has been recognized in 2010 by American Registry as "One of the Best Real Estate Agents in the Sarasota area." Her most recent accomplishment was passing her Florida State Broker’s Exam in May 2011.
