Mrs. Felicia Rattray joins Good Growth Homes Inc. as an educator and school counselor on the high school level for the past eight years. She earned a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Psychology with a focus in Guidance and Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She has worked with a diverse population of students in developing graduation plans, academic success plans and personal development plans. In addition to being an educator and counselor, she has been instrumental in creating Life Coach Enrichment programs as a Certified Diversity, Entrepreneur and Women’s Empowerment Coach. She has a strong passion for helping youths and adults identify challenges that hinder their professional and/or personal growth. Known as a “Change Agent”, she believes that the road to success starts with a walk through the Land of Perception. Her area of expertise lies in strengthening self-awareness, self- esteem, and self-confidence through thought life coaching which bridges the gap between perception and reality. Overcoming many obstacles in her lifetime, she understands the importance of looking at yourself and taking ownership of your actions. Finally, she is also a contributing author in the self- help industry with her books being available on Amazon.com. She is a transformational leader who conducts seminars and workshops that have been presented throughout the United States and abroad and a Desert Storm Veteran with 5 years experience in the United States Army. During her career in the mental health field she has provided both direct service and supervision to individuals in treatment for severe and persistent mental illness as well as individuals involved with the Department and Children and Families Dependency Court System. Other service populations include: homelessness, substance use counseling services, peer support and co-occurring disorders. Mrs. Bailey is heavily committed to ensuring wrap around services to those facing mental health issues and also provides on-site behavior therapy to youth and adults in the Miami-Dade and Broward communities. Ms. Valerie Harper joins Good Growth Homes Inc. with an extensive background of knowledge in Social Work. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and continued her education receiving her MSW from Florida International University FIU. She has experience in case management, working with Geriatric patients with chronic mental illness. She was an elaborate part of Henderson Behavioral Health from 2004-2015. She started out as a Mental Health Tech and later worked as a Job Coach where sharpened skills helped many metal health clients obtain and maintain careers. Denina’s strong people skills are the main reason why she wishes to launch her own Life Coaching business in the near future.
