Gonzalez Insurance Group (GIG) is an independent insurance agency. By being an independent agency, we represent several different insurance companies which allows us to offer our clients options when it comes to not only insurance companies but coverages as well. Gonzalez Insurance Group (GIG) is a family owned and operated agency. I, Santi, the company president, started my insurance career as an insurance claims adjuster in 1986. As an adjuster, I saw the effects on clients when they were not properly insured. When I became an agent in 2006, I was determined to make sure to properly insure our clients with my experience as a claims adjuster. I am also 220 licensed, 215 licensed and Series 6 licensed. I have assisted clients with auto and homeowners insurance as well as life insurance and financial services. Janet and I have lived in Oviedo, Florida since 1997. We moved our 2 daughters here looking for a slower pace of life than we had in South Florida. Oviedo offered us the strong public school system along with the family environment we sought. Aside from leaving our family and friends behind in South Florida, this has been a fantastic move for our family.
