Jacob Goldsmith is the founder and principal of Goldwolf Ventures LLC.  Jacob is responsible for the capital formation, acquisition and financial structure of equity placements in value-added assets throughout the United States.  Prior to the formation of Goldwolf Ventures LLC,  Jacob sourced and helped complete the acquisition of property valued at approximately $400 million consisting of roughly 8,000 apartment units, as well as 15 acres of raw land for development and 270,000 square feet of office space in the state of Texas.
