Hello, I'm Scott Golden.  I'm a  photographer based in the Monterey Bay area (Pacific Grove specifically).   I received my first 35mm camera from my dad when I was a teenager.  I would take the camera on vacations and take mostly touristy pictures occasionally getting something that would be a nice image.  I knew the basics of getting the camera to work, but didn't really have a fundamental knowledge of photography.  At the beginning of 1995 the company I worked for hired a new CIO, Tom Frazier.  Tom was a photographer and during the course of our working relationship we found that we shared that interest as well as a love for the outdoors.  Through this interaction I became motivated and got serious about photography.
