Mr. Banks has spent the past three years in Colombia working on engineering plans and coordination The Solferino Gold Mine is the most recent gold-related project for Christopher Paulick, who has been involved in numerous aspects of gold and precious metal production, including mining, producing radio and television gold shows, coin design, and minting. He is the creator, producer and host of the syndicated national radio talk show, “United We Stand Gold Show” and has realized multi-million dollars in sales from radio syndication. This popular show has aired in major markets throughout the USA, and has put Mr. Paulick in the forefront as a gold “guru.” Mr. Paulick has taken an extended leave, however, from the “United We Stand Gold Show” in order to focus all of his attention on “mining the lucrative gold reserves out of the ground” at the Solferino Gold Mine in Colombia. Mr. Paulick is working with leading hydro-electric chemical scientists to develop water treatment systems to be placed on side barges of water dredge operations to remove toxins such as mercury from the rivers while mining the bottom of the rivers for valuable gold. This is the first of its kind technology that will revolutionize water dredge mining operations. Miami native Alex Brown has been working in the gold industry for the past ten years. He began his career in the gold business as a radio program syndicator for the “United We Stand Gold Show.” Mr. Brown has focused his efforts on valuable market research for the radio syndication industry which has generated millions of dollars in gold sales through target distribution of the show. His continued efforts through research of the International and Colombia gold industry has landed him a position as V.P. of Sol Mina Colombia, mine and development company, a company focused on state of the art technology to protect the environment from mining in Colombia. Christine brings innovation into managing radio syndication, print and online ad campaign to manage gold advertising and placement. Christine was Marketing Director for the Wellness Institute of the Americas where she was responsible for purchasing advertising time, evaluating marketing campaigns and arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials. She was also involved in organizing and attending special events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions throughout the company from a period of 2012 to 2014. She received a Bachelor Degree in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University in 2010 and is eager to begin her MBA in Marketing at the University of Miami. Her focus is on driving sales with a targeted network approach with distribution of targeted advertising. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. Alan serves as Managing Partner of Langon Law Group LLC and oversees Langon’s International Commercial Transactions practice group. Alan’s practice is focused on US commercial/business law as well as international and cross-border transactions. He also serves as General Counsel and Executive Vice President, Investor Relations at Wuauu, Inc. Alan previously worked as an associate at several prominent international law firms, including Clifford Chance LLP and Morgan Lewis and Bockius LLP. As an attorney, Alan has represented many Fortune 500 companies as well as variety of international corporations and organizations in a multitude of industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemical, weapons, agriculture, telecommunications, and shipping. These include US banking institutions in connection with a $78 million purchase of an investment banking business; a corporation negotiating software development agreements with several technology companies in Colombia and India; and a prominent international private equity client in connection with the $34 million purchase of food retail chains located in the United States and Canada; and one of the major shipping conglomerates in connection with the $3 billion purchase of a European competitor.
