THE STORY OF GOLD HOUSE PROPERTIES LLC After graduating from the University of Puerto Rico and obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2013, founder Joemanuel Marrero has always set his sight to the real estate investing, what leads him to commence studying the market at once. Then he decides to move to the state of Florida specifically to the Tampa Bay area in 2014 and starts working for the US Postal Service, he immediately begins to create his economic base and after being settle down and investing most of his time in real estate studies, he decides to establish Gold House Properties LLC. At Gold House Properties we are building a team to be highly motivated, knowledgeable, ethical and resourceful.
