GoHealth , Brad oversees all of the company’s legal affairs, including commercial, regulatory, employment, compliance, and corporate legal matters. Prior to joining GoHealth as General Counsel in 2011, Brad worked in the Chicago office of a nationally recognized law firm and formally represented GoHealth as outside counsel. Brandon Cruz, Co-founder and President of GoHealth, has 16 years of experience as an entrepreneur, leader, and investor in the health care technology industry. Brandon co-founded GoHealth with two primary goals: build and inspire a world class team, and offer innovative products and solutions to improve the health care industry. GoHealth quickly set the standard for changing the health care industry through a variety of innovative applications that are used by over 135 insurance carriers and millions of individuals each month. Since its founding in 2001, GoHealth has twice been listed by Inc magazine as one of the 500 fastest growing companies in the country, has been named one of Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces, listed as part of Crain’s Fast 50, a Top 100 Digital Company by Built in Chicago, one of the 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For, and was named to Deloitte’s 2014 North America Technology Fast 500. Since 2004, Shane Cruz has helped build GoHealth from a startup to a leading health insurance technology company. As Chief Technology Officer, Shane is responsible for setting strategic product direction, overseeing software development and operations, and building technology partner and government relations. Under Shane’s leadership, GoHealth became the first WBE to enroll consumers in subsidized health plans under the Affordable Care Act. Shane is also a founding member and President of the Association of Web-based Health Insurance Brokers (AWHIB), which works to better facilitate the enrollment of Americans in state and federal marketplaces. Prior to GoHealth, Shane held technical leadership positions at Convergys and the world-renowned MIT Media Lab. He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science and electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jake Gudmundsen joined GoHealth in 2014 to focus on corporate strategy and business-wide initiatives, including the acquisition of software technology company, Creatix, Inc. Jake later transitioned into an operational role, where he guided the direct sales team to its most profitable year on record. In his current role, Jake leads the overall strategy and execution for GoHealth’s direct-to-consumer sales division. Prior to joining GoHealth, Jake was a consultant at Bain & Company, where he worked on executive-level strategic projects for Fortune 500 clients. Jake is a member of the Board of Directors for Creatix, Inc., a GoHealth company. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Clint Jones is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GoHealth. Clint focuses his time driving company strategy, business functions, and overall corporate development. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for GoHealth. Since its founding in 2001, GoHealth has been named one of Top Workplaces, a Top 100 Digital Company by Built in Chicago, one of the 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For, and was named to Deloitte’s 2014 North America Technology Fast 500. Before co-founding GoHealth and assuming his role as CEO, Clint was the Intranet Market Manager for HOLT Value, a former division of Credit Suisse. He earned degrees in marketing and management information systems from Miami University in Ohio. In addition to his current roles at GoHealth, Clint also serves on the boards of HealthJoy and Loud Interactive. Mark Monitello joined GoHealth in September 2014 as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Mark brings expertise in leading human resources departments in high growth companies that have intensive technology and sales operations. Prior to GoHealth, Mark was the Senior Vice President, Human Resources at FTD Companies, Inc. (NASDAQ:FTD), a recognized leader in providing floral, gift and related products throughout the United States and abroad. During his tenure with FTD, Mark oversaw human resources and facilities functions for a $650M+ publicly traded company having approximately 1,000 employees. Mark also worked as Vice President, Staffing at the United Online corporate headquarters, Vice President, Global Staffing for MasterCard International, and managed HR and staffing departments for Amdocs Inc., GE Capital and IBM. Michael Owens is responsible for the development of GoHealth’s Virtual Marketing Organization, a national network of top insurance agents that connects consumers with local agents. Michael has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance, health care, and financial industries. Prior to joining GoHealth, he was President of America’s Health Care Plan in Dallas, Texas and Vice President of Development for Insurance Capital Management, Inc. He has also held VP positions at Network Medical Review Company, Ltd. in Rockford, IL and the Ceres Group, Inc. in Cleveland, OH. Michael serves on the board for a 501(c) (3) organization devoted to children and adults with disabilities, and he donates time to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation. He received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a master’s of business administration from the University of Chicago. Jim Sharman joined GoHealth as Chief Operating Officer in 2018. Jim brings over 25 years of operations, supply chain, and leadership experience to the GoHealth team. Prior to joining GoHealth, Jim was Chief Operating Officer of Coyote Logistics, LLC, a UPS company based in Chicago. Jim was also Managing Partner at Truecast Capital, President and CEO of World Kitchen, LLC, and CEO of Rubicon Technology, Inc. Jim serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Spartan Motors, Inc., and he is also an active supporter of Chicago Hope Academy. Jim graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in engineering, and he holds a Master in Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
