In an attempt to relax, I would have an adult beverage…or two…which affected my sleep…which made me a tad grumpy the next day (my men may say “tad” is an understatement) …which didn’t help my stress level. And thus a pattern emerged that I didn’t even realize was abnormal. I mean, with the stressful lives we all live, isn’t it normal to need a little something to relax? To sleep? To feel better? I am asked all the time what it takes to be successful…in business…in health…in weight loss…in life. Let’s take business for example. No. Dig deep and have the tenacity to push forward…not letting life beat you down. Build something lasting instead. Be willing to put the sweat equity into your business. You will be paid back by the ten-fold. Personally I’m building a legacy, and I don’t care how long it takes. Seven years, ten years, twenty-five years…I don’t care (that, my friends, is called tenacity.) If, God forbid, something happened to me, I feel secure in knowing my family will be taken care of financially. The comfort that brings is indescribable.
