Handles the drive-up and scheduled estimates for customers. Responsible for all aspects of the customer repair experience at Goff’s. Works directly with insurance company personnel.
in Southeastern Wisconsin for nearly 50 years. As a family-owned company with a history of community involvement, we take pride in providing fast, honest service to drivers after a collision.
It is our mission to provide our customers with a comfortable place, team, and experience that they can trust. We service vehicles with the latest technology, processes and training. Convenient drive-thru estimates, timely repairs, courteous, knowledgeable staff, and a written lifetime warranty are just some of the reasons that our customers choose Goff’s over and over again.
We have a long-standing tradition of giving back to the fine communities that we serve. One of our most cherished community service projects is our involvement with the Safe Kids Organization. To support this initiative, we have a certified safety seat installer on staff to provide free safety seat installations to families with small children.
Another popular program we are involved with is called Recycled Rides. Goff’s employees and local insurance companies work together to volunteer their time and resources to repair and then donate a vehicle to a family in need in our community. We are also now giving away several vehicles each year to families in need of reliable transportation.
. Shortly after this, he purchased a 4-bay shop in the (at the time) very rural community of Pewaukee, WI. After some local success, Goff’s Auto Body moved to a much smaller version of its current home on Wisconsin Ave. in Pewaukee. At this time, Bob connected with a local car sales operator named Jack Safro. Jack began selling a new brand of vehicle, called a Toyota, and Goff’s began fixing vehicles for Jack Safro Toyota – just as it does today.
In 1987, Bob Goff invented the Goff Curtain Wall. A movable partition wall used to separate contaminants in the body shop environment. This concept took off with colleagues across the country, so Goff built his own manufacturing facility in Pewaukee and began our sister company, Goff’s Enterprises, which is now operated by Bob’s son Tony.
In 2007, a third Goff’s was built in the growing community of Germantown. Between 2013 and 2016, three additional locations were acquired in the Metro Milwaukee area. Today, Goff’s has six area locations and the company is currently operated by Bob’s daughter, Angela.
Our shops have earned the prestigious I-Car Gold Class Certification. This certification is only given to those shops that have trained and tested ALL of the shops personnel on the most up to date repair techniques, and vehicle specifications. Our people must also meet continuous education requirements throughout the year to maintain this level of certification. Of the nearly 3,000 body shops in the state of Wisconsin, less than 100 can actually claim this status. We were recently re-certified for 2017 and continue to provide best-in-class service to all of our customers.
by the readers of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for the past three years in a row (2015, 2016, & now 2017!). We have also received many accolades from our industry and community for our commitment to protecting the environment. We are committed to protecting the beauty of the environment while maintaining the beauty of our customer’s vehicle. We have achieved this through our low VOC paint systems, air recycling equipment, material recycle programs, and facility improvements.
has also been Certified by Assured Performance, and officially recognized by several vehicle manufacturers. The Certification signifies that Goff’s Collision Repair Center has the right tools, equipment, training, and facility necessary to repair the participating manufacturers’ vehicles to the manufacturer’s specifications. This is essential to help ensure the fit, finish, durability, value, and safety of vehicles.
is now part of an exclusive group of best-in-class collision repair businesses located across the United States. These Certified Collision Care Providers have passed a rigorous Certification process that inspect and audits the business to ensure they have the required tools, equipment, technical training, facilities, and customer satisfaction services.
Manufacturers are driving the initiative to ensure that consumers have a choice of certified collision repair providers across the nation whenever and wherever they might need it. Based upon the new technology and advanced materials with which today’s vehicles are now being manufactured, now more than ever, a proper repair is critically important to the value and safety of the vehicle.
As a consumer advocate, Assured Performance provides the critical third-party independent Certification services for several leading auto manufacturers, identifying and promoting only a few thousand best-in-class body shops nationally that can meet the standards.
We have a long history of being involved with those communities that we serve. Over the past several decades, we have chosen charities that are important to our industry, our staff, our customers, and our communities. We have a strong belief in giving back – providing not just cash donations to local charities, but also services that represent our business to those in need.
Goff’s Collision Repair has been involved with the charity “This Time Tomorrow Foundation” since 2011, when Tony Goff was named “Man of the Year” by the Leukemia Lymphoma Society for raising nearly $60,000 for research and support for families affected by blood cancers. After this, Tony teamed up with Cory Zimmerman in creating a Foundation to provide direct financial support to individuals and families fighting all forms of cancers.
In 2017 Goff’s Auto Body celebrated our 50th anniversary in business by hosting a car show with all proceeds benefiting two of our favorite local charities. The Pewaukee Fire Department has always been near and dear to the Goff family’s heart. Members of the Pewaukee Fire Department helped build the original Goff’s location back in the 1960’s when Bob Goff was a member of the volunteer fire department. Our car show was able to raise over $2,500 for the Pewaukee Firefighter’s Auxiliary. In addition, we were able to collect and donate over 750 pounds of food to the Pewaukee Food Pantry.
