Her pastries have received raving reviews by celebrity chefs, radio hosts, athletes, and several local residents in the Jacksonville area and beyond. On October 30, 2017, Chef Simone was featured on Steve Harvey’s new talk show, “Steve.” She shared her recipe for success and the two of them emerged in laughter as she showed him how to make her famous Snicker Brownies. Although, she’s only 12 years old, she has already begun to build a strong culinary resume. She’s the host of Teal Talk with Kids, where she informs everyone on the coolest happenings around the city of Jacksonville. She has been featured on the cover of Inspiring Magazine and highlighted on Media Black Out USA, Official Black Wallstreet, GreenBookMag.com, Excitementradio.com, and Lavish Moments Live. This past summer, she participated in a few major food festivals; Food and Wine Noir in Atlanta, Georgia, “50 Women in Philly are Cooking” in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and she received a trophy and cash award for having the Best Display amongst all of the chefs at the Taste of Black here in Jacksonville, making her the youngest contestant to ever win in the seven years of the competition. Her goal is to share her love of baking and cooking with everyone and to own a chain of bakeries and restaurants.
