While we are related in name, our visions reflect each owner’s personal style. I would like to thank you for a life changing experience. My daughter treated me to a private yoga lesson with you on Sept. 7th down by the beach at the Amelia Island Plantation. It was my 60th birthday. That is the BEST birthday I have ever had. My daughter and I had both decided to start practicing yoga. Your lesson and kind words afterwards meant so much to both of us. You are a remarkable, amazing, inspiring and beautiful woman. I look forward to participating in some classes and workshops at Go Yoga when I visit Amelia Island. Thank you so much for making me realize that turning 60 is not the beginning of the end. For me, turning 60 is going to be the start of a new adventure. Gianna has been a practicing Yogi for over 20 years, she teaches Hatha Vinyasa, the classic, flowing style of yoga. Gianna leads 200 Hr. Yoga Teacher Training Certification and has been a member of Yoga Alliance since 2007. As owner of Go Yoga Amelia Island she continues to bring her style to those who seek spiritual, physical and mental wellness. She holds a 200 hour Certification from Go Yoga Amelia Island. Lynn has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years. She became a certified yoga instructor 6 years ago because she wanted to work with the woman’s issues in particular. She has been instrumental in helping women in crisis in shelters and loves being part of the healing process. Her other love is teaching children with disabilities. She is compassionate and patient. Lynn’s practice in yoga is influenced by her experience in Iyengar alignment and Kripalu flow. She is dedicated to correct alignment along with the healing abilities of yoga for both mind and body in the philosophy of “do no harm”. She loves to have fun during her classes while honoring the serious practice of this ancient discipline. Cheryl has a deep love for yoga and Mother Nature. Combining the two is her passion. Her dynamic classes fuse many styles of yoga. Over the past twelve years, she has drawn from her experiences in Anusara, Ashtanga, Power, Yin, Bhakti, Kripalu, and Bikram styles. She is former aerobic instructor and dancer. Her mindful practice has helped her through the recent loss of a loved one and has been instrumental in her healing.
