GloDea® began in 2008 when Ignacio Santos founder and lead designer at GloDea together with designer Fabian Ramos started handcrafting GloDea’s Chair X36 in a friends garage. This nifty chair quickly became a big hit in the market to include being featured in Dwell Magazine. From the Chair X36 success Ignacio and Fabian designed a whole furniture line around a single material. Today the XQuare Collection has over 20 products finished in 23 different colors. And GloDea continues to launch new & exciting furniture collections! In 2012 Patrick Cherix and in 2014 Dan Miller became partners at GloDea to handle the company domestic and international expansion. GloDea grew to be a respected Brand in the market known for its quality & innovative design which is available in over 100 Retailers. Today GloDea manufactures over 300 SKUs in its Jacksonville, FL facility. The production process continues to be improved with the addition of high tech machinery to keep up with sales demand. However each item is still made with the same care and attention as that first Chair X36 in Mauricio Barros garage many years ago! GloDea works almost exclusively with local suppliers in support of the community. The XQuare Collection is proudly 100% Made in USA. The wood used is Eco Friendly, the hardware is stainless steel and the packaging materials fully recyclable. Featured Products
