Robbie is the Founder and Principal of Glantz & Associates, a 30+ year old company offering ethics based training and Human Resource consulting. She is a consultant, trainer, facilitator, educator and change agent. Additionally, Robbie provides programs which qualify for CPE’s in behavioral ethics through the Colorado Society of CPAs as well as ethics CLEs approved by the Supreme Court. Robbie is dedicated to creating workplaces that thrive and are engaging, productive and successful. Richard offers the insight and wisdom that come from his solid background as an educator, corporate officer, mediator and business consultant. He has vast experience in non-adversarial conflict resolution spanning four continents. He has provided team building, facilitation and executive skills development for senior leadership groups and individual managerial coaching. In addition to working with Fortune 500 companies on strategic initiatives, Richard’s background includes over 25 years of experience in providing successful and fulfilling couples workshops with his wife of 40 years, Barbara Dash. Their signature program SuRE (Supporting Relationships Effectively, is highly rated by couples wishing to understand their relational dynamic and add clarity and vitality in their relationship. During the past 37 years she has designed and facilitated women’s and couple’s retreats while maintaining a vibrant trauma therapy practice. In addition to serving as Executive Director for an international non profit educational and research organization focusing on healing trauma, she and her husband of 40 years, Richard Dash offer couples coaching.
